BBL takes fat from areas where you don't want it and moves it to your butt. We do liposuction first to collect the fat, clean it up, then carefully inject it to create more shape and volume.
About 60 to 80 percent of the transferred fat survives long-term. Recovery is kind of awkward because you can't sit directly on your butt for several weeks.
Tummy Tuck
Tummy tucks work really well for loose skin after pregnancy or major weight loss. Exercise won't fix stretched out skin - you need surgery to remove it.
