Liposuction

Liposuction removes fat cells permanently. Once they're gone, they don't come back. Dr. Mirrafati uses this technique on stomachs, thighs, arms, backs, and necks. We do traditional lipo and laser lipo, depending on what your body needs.
The MMO technique (micro-molecular optimization) gives smoother results than old-school liposuction. Less lumpy, more natural looking. You're usually back at work in one to two weeks, though you'll be swollen for a while after that.
Brazilian Butt Lift
BBL takes fat from places you don't want it and puts it where you do. We remove fat through liposuction, clean it up, then inject it into your butt to create more shape and volume. About 60 to 80 percent of that fat stays permanently.
Recovery is weird because you can't sit directly on your butt for several weeks. Patients get these special pillows that distribute weight to their thighs instead. Most people are back to work in 3 to 5 days though.
Tummy Tuck
A tummy tuck removes loose skin and tightens your ab muscles. This works really well after pregnancy or major weight loss when your skin just won't bounce back no matter what you do.
The incision sits low enough that your underwear or swimsuit covers it. Dr. Mirrafati removes the extra skin, pulls your muscles tight, and moves your belly button if it needs repositioning. You're looking at about two weeks before you can go back to a desk job.
Mommy Makeover
A mommy makeover combines multiple procedures in one surgery - usually a tummy tuck with breast lift or breast augmentation. This addresses the main areas pregnancy affects. You get comprehensive results with just one recovery period.
Arm Toning (Arm Lift)
An arm lift removes loose, sagging skin from your upper arms to create more toned-looking contours. We make an incision on the inside or back of your arm. The scar fades over time and stays hidden when your arms are at your sides. Recovery takes about two weeks.

Facial Fat Restoration (Fat Transfer to Face)
Fat transfer uses your own fat to restore volume loss in your face. We remove fat from your abdomen or thighs through liposuction, purify it, and carefully inject it into areas that need volume. Common treatment areas include hollow cheeks, deep lines, sunken temples, and thin lips. About 50 to 70 percent of transferred fat survives permanently.
Lip Lift
