A BBL moves fat from spots where you don't want it to your butt where you do want it. We suck out the fat with lipo, clean it up real good, then inject it carefully to give you curves.
About 60 to 80 percent of that fat stays there forever. The rest your body absorbs in a few months.
You gotta use special pillows when you sit for a few weeks so you don't squish the fat. But most people go back to work after 3 to 5 days.

We make the cut low enough that your underwear or bathing suit covers it. Dr. Mirrafati removes the saggy skin, tightens up your ab muscles, and moves your belly button if he needs to.
You're looking at 2 weeks before you can go back to a desk job. Manual labor jobs take longer.
Mommy Makeover
A mommy makeover combines several surgeries into one - usually tummy tuck plus breast lift or boob job. Fixes the main problem areas from pregnancy all at once. You only gotta recover one time instead of multiple times.
Arm Toning (Arm Lift)
An arm lift removes that hanging skin from your upper arms. We make the cut on the inside or back of your arm where people can't really see it. Takes about 2 weeks to heal.
Thigh Toning (Thigh Lift)
A thigh lift gets rid of saggy skin on your inner or outer thighs. For inner thighs, we hide the cuts in your groin area. Also stops your thighs from rubbing together painfully.
Labiaplasty

Fat transfer takes your own fat from your belly or thighs and puts it in your face where you need more volume. Works good for hollow cheeks, deep wrinkles, sunken temples, and thin lips.
About 50 to 70 percent of the fat stays there forever.
Lip Lift
A lip lift makes the space between your nose and top lip shorter while making your upper lip look fuller. The scar hides in the crease where your nose meets your face. Permanent results - not like fillers that wear off.

Weight Loss Injections
These prescription shots work by making you less hungry and controlling your blood sugar. We got semaglutide, tirzepatide, and retatrutide.
Semaglutide makes your brain think you're full and slows down your digestion. You shoot it once a week. Most people lose 10 to 15 percent of what they weigh over a few months.
Tirzepatide works on two different hormone receptors so it's stronger. Studies show people lose 15 to 20 percent of their weight on average.
Retatrutide works on three hormone receptors. It's the newest one and research shows it works even better.
