Every mommy makeover is customized, but these are the procedures I combine most often:
Breast Augmentation
Pregnancy and breastfeeding often leave breasts deflated, sagging, or uneven. Depending on your situation, we can add volume with implants, to a more youthful position. I use the Mira Mist scarless technique for augmentation and the incision is the same as tummy tuck scar.
Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty)
This is the centerpiece of most mommy makeovers. A tummy tuck removes excess hanging skin, repairs the separated abdominal muscles that pregnancy stretches apart (diastasis recti), and creates a flat, toned midsection. My Mira Corsetplasty technique takes this further by contouring the waistline for a more defined shape.
Liposuction

Step 1: Your Personal Consultation
We start with a one-on-one conversation. I want to understand what bothers you most, what your goals are, and what your life looks like. - Weeks 2 to 3: Most patients feel well enough to return to light work and basic daily tasks. Swelling is still present but improving. You will still be wearing compression garments.
- Weeks 4 to 6: You can gradually increase activity. More walking is encouraged. No heavy lifting or strenuous exercise yet.
- Months 2 to 3: Most patients feel close to normal. Exercise can be resumed. Results are becoming more visible as swelling continues to resolve.
